FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the aircraft and rocket equipment and can be used for the antenna fairings production of highspeed missiles of various classes with shells of heat-resistant ceramic materials. Antenna fairing comprising ceramic shell connected to the framing, by the TCLE matched to the casing material in the predetermined temperatures range, elastic heat-resistant adhesive, characterized in that, that on the ceramic shell from the outer, inner and end surfaces and the frame in the gluing zone heat-protective coating (HPC) with thermal conductivity lower than the base material thermal conductivity is applied, on which the coating is applied and close to it by the TCLE, wherein the applied heat-protective coating length on the fairing shell outer surface exceeds the gluing length by (5…10) of the shell thicknesses, and on the shell inner surface the applied heat-protective coating length should be less than on the outer surface by (2…5) of the shell thicknesses.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the operating time and increase in the strength of the ceramic sheath – frame connection at thermal force actions onto the fairing due to the heat flow reduction passing to the gluing zone and, accordingly, decrease in temperature and increase in the adhesive layer and frame heating time to critical temperatures and thereby increasing the missile's flight range.
