FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to psychotherapy and art therapy, and may be used for formation of a conditioned reflex, as a method of personal psychocorrection for treating mental and somatic diseases, and also as a method of suggestive training. A patient is found in a room equipped with light-absorbing walls and LED illumination. It is placed between two mirrors. One of the mirrors is normal, while another one in front of the patient's face is semitransparent. The patient reads aloud verbal formulas - affirmations. Simultaneously, from a back of the semitransparent mirror, a psychotherapist or an instructor carries out fractal monotyping so that the patient could observe a process of fractal formation.
EFFECT: method enables having a therapeutic effect or promotes learning of teaching material.
