FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports and in particular may be used to train sportsmen - skiers and biathlonists. In the system comprising a leading object, on each section of a skiing run viewed from a single point there is a unit of light projection, comprising a source of light radiation, to which an end of a flexible light guide is connected via an obturator, and the second end of the light guide is aligned to a sportsman's route and is fixed with springs along the frame centre, on the outer surface of the outer end of the light guide there are three rings installed, with inner chutes inside, in the first two of which the edges of two cams enter, and the chute of the third one rests against the edge of the contour of the route section cut in a template. Axes of cam rotation lie in the same planes with the axis of the light guide that are mutually perpendicularly. Each unit of light projection comprises a receiver and a transmitter, receiving signals accordingly at start and end of operation, at the same time each receiver is tuned to receive a signal from an upstream transmitter along the sportsman's route in a unit of light projection, and each transmitter is tuned to send a signal to a receiver downstream along the sportsman route in a unit of light projection, cams are arranged as rotating jointly or separately, and the obturator is connected to a common or an autonomous engine.
EFFECT: possibility to modify the system of training skiers and biathlonists, by adjustment of light sport displacement rate.
