FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil-processing industry and may be used in oil processing to remove hydrogen sulphide from high-boiling oil products. The invention relates to the method for removal of secondary hydrogen sulphide formed in heavy oil products during their manufacturing, including rectification of oil stock in the main rectification column, at the same time the bottom product of the main rectification column is cooled down and supplied for desorption into an stripping column, at the same time cooling is carried out down to the temperature that does not exceed the temperature of thermal stability of high-boiling sulfur-organic compounds, as a result formation of the secondary hydrogen sulphide is interrupted, and hydrogen sulphide desoprtion is carried out at the temperature of not more than 260°C, maintaining pressure in the stripping column at the level of 0.026-4.0 at with supply of a desorbing agent in amount of 0.8-1.5% from raw materials of this column.
EFFECT: maximum removal of hydrogen sulphide from high-boiling oil residues (until their residual content is not more than 2 ppm) with elimination of the possibility for its subsequent formation.
