FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: alcohol distillate is treated with potassium permanganate in amount of 5-20 mg/dm3 and after 8-24 hours with hydrogen peroxide in amount of 0.05-0.25 mg/dm3. The mixture is stirred, heated to 50-65°C, held for 5-15 days at said temperature, left to cool down to ambient temperature, held until achieving 6-12% oxidation level of dibutyl substances and then filtered. The distillate is cooled to between minus 6°C and minus 15°C, saturated with oxygen to 30-45 mg/dm3, held at said temperature for 5-10 days and filtered at cooling temperature. A mixture of soft water and sugar is separately prepared, heated until formation of cavitation bubbles of its vapour and then mixed with the alcohol distillate. The blend is allowed to rest, after which organic acids with an unsaturated bond is added to the beverage, filtered and poured into consumer packaging. The organic acids with an unsaturated bond used are citric acid in amount of 300-500 mg/dm3 or ascorbic acid in amount of 50-100 mg/dm3 or a mixture of said acids in said amounts. The sugar used is sugar syrup or sugar dye and sugar syrup. The alcohol distillate used is cognac spirit or wine or fruit or grain distillate.
EFFECT: invention accelerates the process, improves quality and increases stability of the end product.
