FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic diaphragm pump station comprises a plunger (6) sliding in a central portion inside a cylinder (5) of the station between first and second diaphragms (4, 10) in the form of a sylphon. The ends of the plunger (6) are coupled with the first and second diaphragms (4, 10) in the form of the sylphon to form first and second annular spaces (a) respectively which are independent from each other so that fluid pressure in the first annular space (a) does not depend on fluid pressure in the second annular space (a). The station can also comprise a hydromechanical switch for switching the valve (102) for the purpose of automatic control of hydraulic fluid supply into the hydraulic cylinder during the preset moments of a running cycle of the station.
EFFECT: improved reliability of the sylphon operation.
