FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines with the hydraulic drive, in particular for pumping water and hardly pumped fluid materials. Machine comprises at least two pump units, which are located adjacent to each other. Each pump unit contains the pressure cylinder 1, 2 with the hydraulic drive and the separate non-pumping cylinder 9, 10 of the hydraulic drive. Pumping cylinder 1, 2 has the lower first end with the first inlet and with the outlet for the pumped fluid medium and the upper second end with the second inlet and with the outlet for the hydraulic fluid. Pumping cylinder 1, 2 comprises the bellows 3, 4 with the closed lower end and with the open upper end for communicating with the hydraulic fluid. Outside the bellows 3, 4, the space is provided for the pumped fluid medium. Bellows 3, 4 of the pumping cylinder 1, 2, under the action of the hydraulic fluid, which is supplied to its upper end, is stretched and compressed. Cylinder 9, 10 is disposed adjacent to the pumping cylinder 1, 2 and has the lower first end, which is connected to the hydraulic drive, and the upper second end, which contains the hydraulic fluid that communicates with the upper second end of the pumping cylinder 1, 2. Hydraulic drive has, on the upper end, the drive piston 19, 20, which is mounted with the possibility of its sliding within the cylinder 9, 10. Hydraulic drives of the cylinders 9, 10 of the two pump units have the hydromechanical connection 25, 27, which is intended to control the movement of the hydraulic fluid in order to extend and retract the pistons 19, 20 of each cylinder 9, 10.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability, serviceability and service life.
