FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method, as well as a corresponding system and their use for controlling the operating range of a pump bellows, including maximum limitations, such as position of maximum retraction and position of maximum expansion of bellows, besides, method includes the following steps: a) reading at least the first position of bellows (6', 6'') in the closed volume of the hydraulic circuit using at least one sensor (12', 12'') position, g) transmitting a first position signal indicating a first position to a control system, h) wherein the control system, based on at least the first position signal: c1) determines the position of bellows (6', 6''), indicated by at least the first position signal, c2) compares the position of bellows (6', 6'') with preset operating range of bellows positions, and c3) if the position is outside the preset operating range of the bellows positions, issues a command to valve (16', 16'') oil supply system, allowing the double-acting pressurization fluid separation device (2) to recalibrate the volume of the hydraulic fluid in the closed volume of the hydraulic circuit to restore the volume of the hydraulic fluid, which provides the return of at least the first position to the specified operating range of the bellows positions.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of controlling the operating range of a pump bellows, a corresponding system and use thereof.
