FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: antivibration system comprises a platform which rests against two vibration isolators and a damping element located under the platform. One vibration isolator is placed over a free end of the platform and fixed on a lever. From the opposite sides, two vibration isolators are fixed with respect to the free end of the platform. On the opposite end of the platform, there is a damping element. Each vibration isolator comprises a body which is rigidly connected with a base represented by a round thrust. A lower cylindrical spring limiter with a axial cylinder-conical bore rests against the thrust. The spring interacts with upper and lower limiters through a lower bearing cup and an upper spring-embracing cover which is rigidly connected to a thread bushing. The cover comprises an upper cylindrical spring limiter presented in the form of a linear bushing enclosing the cover from above. The thread bushing comprises a screw for spring connection with a vibroinsulated object. The body in an upper portion is coupled with the cover whereon there is an elastic dynamic object limiter made of an elastomer. The cover comprises an axially perpendicular hole for injection of a ductile lubricant, e.g. solid oil, into the system.
EFFECT: more effective resonant vibration isolation and simplified design and assembly.
