SUBSTANCE: in an identity-based threshold key generating method that uses distributed signature modifications for secret key threshold distribution in RSA scheme at the beginning of initialisation secret master key is presented as a sum d=4·d1+d2; shadows for both sum components are generated and two shadows

are distributed to each secret key generator (SKG) node; public system key PK=(M,x,y), where x and y satisfy 4d2x+y=d2 mod ϕ(M), is published; generating secret key shadows of a new node, from each node of the selected SKG node coalition two secret key shadows of 
where a=Hash(ID), node are sent to the new node; determining a secret key by shadows, the node secret key is determined by shadows.
EFFECT: fault tolerance and safety of secret key generator increase.
