FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a frame with a connecting device. On the frame the drive mechanisms, rotors with vertical rotation axis and working elements on them, and racks with hoes are installed. The racks with hoes are placed in front of the areas of bodies of rotation of the rotors. The working elements mounted on the rotor are made with different lengths and mounted alternately at different distances from its axis. Long working elements are mounted closer to the rotor axis, and their lower ends are placed lower than the hoes. In front of the axes of the rotors, not higher than the lower ends of the long working elements of the rotor, subsoilers are placed with structural widths less than the width of the hoe capture. The amount of width of the hoe capture and the subsoiler is less than the larger diameter of the rotor.
EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to improve the quality of the soil tillage due to formation in its lower part of fine lumpy loosened bands, to reduce energy consumption for deep tillage, and improve the accumulation of moisture in soil and prevent water runoff on slopes.
