FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preserved semi-products production for catering enterprises. Recipe components are prepared. Carrots and bulb onions are cut, sauteed in melted fat and milled. Cheese is grated. Sunflower flour is poured with bone broth and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components with flour, tomato puree, bone broth, sugar, salt, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture is cooked, packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
