SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to radiomethods of examination, and is intended for differential diagnostics of fibrocystic disease (FCD) forms in women with preserved function. Ultrasonic examination is performed. Thickness of premammary and retromammary cellular tissue is measured. Doppler sonography is performed and changes of characteristics of glandular tissue blood flow are estimated. If thickness of premammary cellular tissue is less than 5 mm, retromammary - less than 3 mm, average values of blood flow rates - Vmax - 0.16 m/s, Vmin - 0.06 m/s, Rl - 0.6, Pl-1.13, FCD with predomination of glandular component is diagnosed. If thickness of premammary cellular tissue is 5-7 mm, retromammary - 3-5 mm, average values of blood flow rates - Vmax - 0.15 m/s, Vmin - 0.05 m/s, Rl - 0.5, Pl-1.11, FCD with predomination of cystic component is diagnosed. If thickness of premammary cellular tissue is more than 7 mm, retromammary cellular tissue more than 5 mm, average values of blood flow rates - Vmax - 0.17 m/s, Vmin - 0.07 m/s, Rl - 0.7, Pl-1.15, FCD with predomination of fibrous component is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of examination, avoid radiation exposure, visualise early signs of FCD in women of young age with preserved reproductive function.
