FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ultrasonic diagnostics and roentgenology. Method for integrated clinical x-ray-sonographic examination of mammary glands involves collecting anamnesis, conducting X-ray mammography in two projections: medial-lateral (MLO) and craniocaudal (CC), conducting the first reading of mammograms with issuing a first reading conclusion, conducting a second reading of mammograms with issuing a second reading report on a BI-RADS system, performing ultrasonic examination of the mammary gland in a gray scale mode and using a color mapping technique. Before the X-ray mammography, the obstetric and hereditary anamnesis is collected, information on the presence or absence of mammograms is provided. A second reading of mammograms with assessment of x-ray density of parenchyma of mammary glands by ACR, quality of mammograms by PGM, during ultrasonic examination using a multifrequency linear sensor with frequency of 7–12 MHz, a targeted search for an area of interest determined on a mammogram is carried out and a mark is placed in the protocol describing the polyprojective examination. If type C of mammary glands is used, multiparametric ultrasonic examination of mammary glands is performed using energy mapping techniques, compression elastography in Strain ratio mode and conclusion is given with assessment of mammary gland parenchyma in compliance with ICD-10 and BI-RADS system.
EFFECT: invention provides improved quality of mammary glands examination technology by developing an optimal integrated approach to diagnostic cycle involving single-stage evaluation of mammography results, multiparametric ultrasonic examination data taking into account qualitative and quantitative data, describing the results in a single integrated examination protocol with a conclusion reflecting an assessment of the detected pathology.
