FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine. To estimate regeneration of large intestine in case of diverticulosis morphologic and immunologic analyses are carried out. If local increase of macrophages with dense polymorphic lysosomes and enhanced epithelium proliferation with formation of multicellular areas of low-differentiated epitheliocytes with increase of number of crypts, different degree of activation of macrophages, lymphocytes and dendrite cells with unequal production in tissue of pro-inflammatory cytokines with considerable increase of TNF-α and IFN-γ, respectively, to 299.3±34.5 pg/g and 248.8±16.1 pg/g and small - IL-β and IL-8, respectively to 31.6±5.6 pg/g and 47.4±13.5 pg/g; with simultaneous increase of pro-inflammatory IL-4 92.2±14.1 pg/g, deviation of deviation index 2.49-2.97, conclusion about dysregulation of regeneration process is made.
EFFECT: method increases accuracy of estimation of large intestine regeneration in case of diverticulosis.
