SUBSTANCE: method involves determining gliadin antibodies and antibodies to endomysium and tissue transglutaninase in blood serum and immune reactions activity degree in small intestine epithelium. Gliadin antibodies in IgA class being available in concentration of 163 MU/ml and higher, in IgG class in concentration of 48 MU/ml and higher, endomysium antibodies being available in diagnostic concentration of 60 MU/ml and higher, tissue transglutaninase antibodies in concentration of 70 MU/ml and higher, with epithelocyte polarity disorders, microvillus destruction with lipid drops formed in cytoplasma and with complex of 7-8 mcm large epithelial lymphocytes and epithelial cells, intercellular communication narrow canals and pairwise arranged interepithelial lymphocytes of 4 mcm diameter and less being detected, gluten enteropathy diagnosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
