SUBSTANCE: proposed device 5 for aircraft wing aerodynamically active surface is arranged to turn about axis 22 extending across direction of flowing-around airflow to control position relative to said flow. Spoiler aileron includes tow links 6, 7 arranged one after another along aforesaid airflow to extend across the latter and hinged together to stay at different angles to aforesaid airflow, driven by actuator. Said links may be driven by said actuator so that front link 7 deflects through larger angle relative to airflow than front link 6.
EFFECT: higher aerodynamic efficiency.
