FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: technical carbon is dispersed with waste water components from a unit for coagulating butadiene-styrene rubber: dispersant - leukanol, emulsifying agents - disproportionated rosin and fatty acid basic soap. Dispersion is carried out at pH 2.0-4.0 in a 100 W ultrasonic disperser for 1-3 minutes. The obtained technical carbon dispersion is leached to pH 7.0-9.0 and stabilised with total duration of the dispersion process of 7 minutes.
EFFECT: method enables to increase the degree of extraction of valuable components from waste water, intensify the adsorption process, control the dispersion composition of suspensions and lower the cost of the process.
