FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: for implementing the method, extracting of emulsifying components is carried out; the wastewater contaminants extracting from separation unit with the emulsion rubber and ultrasonic dispersing nonporous sorbent - technical carbon. First of all, a dispersion of non-porous adsorbent is obtained. It has a specific surface area of 40-150 m2/g, an ultrasonic disperser having a specific flow capacity of 250-500 W/dm3 for 10-60 seconds to mix with a low-concentration drain from node isolation rubber emulsion, followed by its concentration on the ultrafiltration unit to a content 5-12.5 wt %. The dispersion is then mixed with the waste water in the next ultrasonic disperser with a specific power of 250-500 W/dm3 for 10-60 sec with further concentration to ultrafiltration unit to a content of 10-25 wt %. Number of steps of ultrasound treatment and concentration is from 2 to 5.

EFFECT: obtaining a stable aqueous dispersion of technical carbon in obtaining the soot-filled rubbers, thus enhancing the technical and economic indices of production of emulsion rubber and hold deep cleaning of wastewater.
