FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains the following components in wt %: carbon - less than 0.03, manganese - 0.20-0.80, chromium - 17.0-19.0, silicon -0.5-3.0, molybdenum - 1.0-2.0, sulfur - not over 0.005, phosphorus - not over 0.001, iron and unavoidable impurities making the rest. Steel may additionally contain titanium in amount satisfying the following equation: 4[C(wt %)]≤[Ti(wt %)]≤1.0%. After bulk nanostructuring, complex secondary phases are formed on dislocation walls of ferrite matrix lattice substructure with nanoparticle sizes not exceeding 10 nm.
EFFECT: higher antirust properties, lower costs.
