SUBSTANCE: reinforcement element comprises hinges for pulling reinforcement rods and rectilinear sections arranged between hinges. The reinforcement element in a stretched condition has a zigzag shape. The feature of the reinforcement element is the fact that each hinge is arranged with a rectilinear part, at the same time in the non-stretched condition the rectilinear parts of adjacent hinges are arranged on one straight line with one rectilinear section or with various rectilinear sections.
