FIELD: construction structures.
SUBSTANCE: factory, industrial production of construction structures used in the construction of objects for various purposes of large-module performance from reinforced concrete products. Methods for connecting reinforced concrete elements for assembling a construction module include: manufacturing a rectangular reinforced concrete floor base and a reinforced concrete roof element having a recess for forming a concrete key, made around the perimeter of the floor base and the coating, including at least two reinforcing loops or metal embedded parts located in the above recess; production of two, front and rear, reinforced concrete wall elements, each of which includes recesses for the formation of a concrete key, made along the entire length from above and below in the end part of the reinforced concrete wall elements and made along the entire height from the right and left edges of the reinforced concrete wall elements, at least two reinforcing loops or metal mortgages located in each of the above recesses; production of two identical side reinforced concrete elements, including a recess for forming a concrete key, made from each end of each front and rear reinforced concrete elements, and at least two reinforcing loops or metal inserts located in the above recess on each side of each rectangular side reinforced concrete element; execution in the front and/or rear and/or side reinforced concrete element of the opening; vertical installation on a rectangular reinforced concrete floor base of the front and rear reinforced concrete elements, as well as side reinforced concrete elements, and installation on top of the reinforced concrete element of the coating, recesses inward, and leveling them to obtain a three-dimensional construction module in the form of a straight parallelepiped, while the hinges of the adjacent sides of the elements or metal mortgages are placed along the edge opposite each other; passing through the holes of the loops along each edge of the construction module of the reinforcing bar or connecting adjacent metal mortgages; concreting from the inside through the opening of the place of the entire space formed by the recesses of reinforced concrete elements at all corners of the building module to form a reinforced monolithic concrete frame to obtain a finished product.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of module connection geometry.
