FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: instrument includes light source (31) installed on heat sink (32) having external circuit (34), cooling device (35) for dynamic cooling of light source by cooling of heat sink by means of fluid medium flowing along heat sink circuit, as well as one or many cooling passages (36, 43). Cooling device is cooling system with vibrating membrane for creation of sequence of fluid medium pulses (39). Cooling system has vibrating membrane chamber to which each cooling passage is connected by means of the appropriate fluid medium pulse conductor.
EFFECT: reducing generated noise level, energy consumption and the space occupied with the device.
