FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves disintegration of ventral and dorsal vertebral structures, matching of wound surfaces, graduated traction of recovered fragments to be stabilised by means of an external fixation apparatus. It also involves wedge resection of zygapophysial joints of adjacent vertebrae and transverse osteotomy of bodies of one of these vertebrae. An operated vertebral is positioned in the form of a hyperlordosis to match the wound surfaces of the dorsal vertebral structures. Then they are gradually arc-wise separated to achieve their close contact of the wound surfaces of the osteotomised vertebra and restoration of a spinal axis.
EFFECT: using said invention enables creating a single-type spinal stabilisation pattern under the conditions of preserving the function of intervertebral disks.
