FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes carrying out dorsal spondilodesis. Stabilised part of spine is fixed by means of compression-distraction apparatus. From opposite surfaces of joint processes of vertebrae, which form arch-process joints, ablation of cartilage is performed, they are compared to each other. Through knitted surfaces wires with threaded working end are passed. In process of fixation of stabilised part of spinal column, axial rotational displacement of wires is performed until complete removal.
EFFECT: method prevents development of post-operation complications in form of osteolysis.
