SUBSTANCE: one or more messages on the person of the called user are first generated in the device of the called user and then sent to the address of an intermediate network device which is regional for the called user, where the messages and the address of the device of the called user are stored. In the device of the calling user, a message on the person of the called user and a message on the region of location of the called user are then generated and sent to the address of the intermediate device which is regional for the calling user, where a message on the address of the device of the calling user is generated, the address of the intermediate device which is regional for the device of the called user is determined and the received messages are sent to the address of that device. In the intermediate device which is regional for the device of the called user, the message on the person of the called user, received from the device of the calling user, is compared with previously obtained messages; the address of the device of the called user is determined based on the comparison results; the addresses of user devices are stored in the database for communication sessions; a message on the beginning of a communication session and a message on the addresses of all devices participating in the communication session are generated, and the generated messages are sent to regional intermediate devices and user devices. Data exchange is carried out directly between user devices or through regional intermediate devices, while indicating the communication session feature and using different versions of indicating addresses in communication session data packets.

EFFECT: allowing a network user to organise their own address space and protection from unauthorised communication sessions.
