FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: one or more messages on the person of a user receiving information are first generated in the device of the user receiving information. These messages are sent to the address of an intermediate device which is neighbouring for the user receiving information, where the messages and the address of the device of the user receiving information are stored. The received messages are sent to the address of an intermediate device which is regional for the user receiving information, where the received messages and the address of the neighbouring intermediate device is determined and stored. In another device of the user transmitting information, a message on the region of location of the user receiving information and a message on the person of that user are generated and the messages are sent to the address of an intermediate device which is neighbouring for the user transmitting information, where the address of the device of the user transmitting information is determined. A message on that address is generated and the received messages and the message on the address of the device are sent to an intermediate device which is regional for the user transmitting information, where based on the message on the region of location of the device of the user receiving information the address of the intermediate device which is regional for the device of the user receiving information is determined and the received messages are sent to that regional network device. In the device which is regional for the user receiving information, the message on the person of the user receiving information, received from the user transmitting information, is compared with previously received messages. The address of the device of the user receiving information is determined. A message on that address is generated and the message is sent to the address of the device of the user transmitting information, where an information message is generated for the user receiving information, and that message is sent to the user receiving information.
EFFECT: allowing a network user to organise their own address space and ensure protection from unauthorised information transmission.
