FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: die comprises a vessel and working and support rollers arranged into them. Non-driven working rollers forming a round calibre comprise three discs. Levelling of metal flow and roller rotation speeds, reduced friction between rotary discs is provided due to the fact that in each disc there are grooves, in addition to which discs and support rollers have a coating from a nanocomposite material. Disc are installed in a bushing on sliding bearings and may freely rotate. The bushing is fixed on the shaft, which is mounted with its eccentric ends in the vessel. On similar shafts with the help of sliding bearings there are support rollers installed, which serve to compensate opening forces in side discs of working rollers in process of drawing. At the ends of shafts there are conical gears installed, during rotation of which radial adjustment of roller position is carried out, for this purpose at the end of one of the shafts there is a wheel installed connected to a worm gear. To provide rotation of the vessel there is a geared rim and a gear connected with an electric drive.

EFFECT: invention is designed to increase quality of pipes produced by drawing.
