FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: flow is turned on propeller blade periphery to create flow tangential to blade so that rarefaction zone is formed to eject extra flow formed by blade in azimuthal and axial directions therein. Moving airflow is directed onto stationary wings. Flow is turned on periphery of the latter to create tangential airflow with speed exceeding that of approach flow to create rarefaction zone to eject outer airflow therein. Transport facility comprises airframe with top, lateral and bottom surfaces, propellers with vanes and fixed wings. Propellers are arranged atop front surface of apparatus. Set of sections with elements is arranged on vane peripheral surfaces and fixed wing peripheral surfaces. Sections of elements in front edge structure are directed along approach flow while their rear edges are directed flatly along wings. Elements of section structure on blade front edge are oriented fanlike.
