FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method exploits capillary forces and comprises fluid accumulation in water-retaining porous material, transfer of fluid through said material to hydrophilic capillary-porous surface and fluid suction through said surface by pressure difference. Proposed device consists of cylindrical case with membrane element fitted coaxially therein, unions to intake gas-fluid mix and discharge gas and fluid. It comprises water-absorbing and water-retaining material in contact with capillary-porous membrane.
EFFECT: longer life, lower content of contamination in separated fluid.
