SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing yttrium-containing organoaluminoxane siloxanes of general formula (1), where k, m, g=3-12; s+t+2r=3; 1+x+2y+z=3; R-C_nH2_n+1, n=2-4; R* - C(CH₃)=CHC(O)C_nH2_n+1; C(CH₃)=CHC(O)OC_nH2_n+1; R** - C(CH₃)=CHC(O)CH₃; R*** - OC₂H₅, CH₃, CH₂=CH, by reacting chelated polyalkoxy aluminoxanes with tetraethoxy silane, alkyl(alkene)- or alkoxysiloxanes and yttrium acetyl acetonate hydrate of formula {[CH₃(O)CCH=C(CH₃)O]₃Y·2.5H₂O} in the medium of an organic solvent at temperature 20-50°C. The invention also discloses binding and impregnating compositions for obtaining chemical-resistant, high-strength oxide protective coatings containing yttrium-containing organoaluminoxane siloxane of general formula [(R**O)_sY(OH)_tO_r]_k·[Al(OR)l(OR*)_x(OH)_zO_y]_m·[SiR***₂O]_g (1) (5-90 wt %) and a solvent (the balance up to 100 wt %).

EFFECT: yttrium-containing organoaluminoxanes obtained using the disclosed method are soluble in organic solvents and hydrolytically stable in atmospheric air.
