SUBSTANCE: method for producing organometallic xan-aluminoxanes. The proposed method involves adding refractory metal acetylacetonate [CH ₃(O)CCH=C(CH₃)O]₄M to the initial reagent dissolved in an organic solvent, portionwise with stirring, where M=Zr, Hf or [CH₃(O) CCH=C(CH₃)O]₃Cr, keeping the resulting reaction mixture under stirring and distilling off the solvent, first at atmospheric pressure, and then at reduced pressure and temperature up to 170°C. Oligomeric ethyl acetoacetate ethoxyhydroxyalumoxane is used as the starting reagent. In this case, the solution of the initial reagent is preheated to a temperature of 60-75°C, refractory metal acetylacetonate is added for 2-4 hours at a temperature of 60-85°C, and the resulting reaction mixture is kept for 1.5-2 hours at a temperature of 65-100°C.

EFFECT: obtaining ceramic-forming organometallic xan-aluminoxanes, which can be used as precursors for the production of components of high-purity, high-heat-resistant binary ceramics based on aluminum oxide and oxides of refractory metals zirconium, hafnium or chromium.
