FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing organometal oxane yttrium oxane aluminoxanes of general formula: [(R**O)aMO]k∙[Al(OR)l(OR*)x(OH)zOy]m∙[(R**O)sY(OH)tOr]p, where k, p=0.1–6, m=3–12; a=2.3; k/m+1+x+2y+z=3; s+1+2r=3; M=Zr, Hf, Cr; R – CnH2n+1, n=2–4; R* – C(CH3)=CHC(O)OC2H5; R** – C(CH3)=CHC(O)CH3. Method consists in that the organometal oxane yttrium oxane aluminoxanes are produced by reacting polyalkoxy aluminoxanes with the hydrate of yttrium acetylacetonate of formula {[CH3(O)CCH=C(CH3)O]3Y⋅2.5H2O} and refractory metal acetylacetonate [CH3(O)CCH=C(CH3)O]bM, where b=3.4; M=Zr, Hf, Cr in an organic solvent at a temperature of 30–70 °C, followed by distilling off the solvent first at atmospheric pressure, and then under reduced pressure and at a temperature of up to 150 °C. Invention also relates to binders and impregnating compositions.
EFFECT: method of producing organometal oxane yttrium oxane aluminoxanes proposed.
