SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing organomagnesium oxanaluminoxane siloxanes for use as high-purity ceramics precursors based on magnesium, aluminium and silicon oxides. Disclosed is a method of producing organomagnesium oxanaluminoxane siloxanes of general formula (1), where k, p=0.1–12, m=3–12; k/m+p/m+l+g+x+2y+z=3; R-C_nH_2n+1, n=2–4; R*-C(CH₃)=CHC(O)OC₂H₅; R**-C(CH₃)=CHC(O)CH₃, reacting polyalkoxyaluminoxanes with magnesium acetylacetonate and tetraethoxysilane or alkoxysiloxanes, or reacting organomagnesium oxane aluminoxanes with tetraethoxysilane or alkoxysiloxanes, or by reacting organoaluminoxane siloxanes with magnesium acetylacetonate in an organic solvent at temperature of 30–70 °C followed by distillation of the solvent first at atmospheric pressure, and then at low pressure and temperature of up to 150 °C. EFFECT: obtaining pre-ceramic organomagnesium oxanaluminoxane siloxanes which can be used to obtain components of high-purity ceramic composites.
