SUBSTANCE: method comprises stages: a) said electric signal called ''unprocessed signal'' (SBTE) is measured; b) said unprocessed signal is filtered to get ''filtered signal'' (SFTE); c) unprocessed signal-to-filtered signal ratio is computed in constant time interval, that is, absolute magnitude of difference between unprocessed signal and filtered signal; d) said absolute magnitude is compared with preset threshold of maximum deviation (SVM); e) if said absolute magnitude exceeds said threshold state of short shutdown presence is confirmed; f) otherwise, previous steps are repeated.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability.
