FIELD: air-conditioning and ventilation systems for dwelling, administrative and industrial spaces.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system is provided with heat exchangers, mixing chamber for recirculating outside air, sprinkling chamber, fan, supply air enthalpy monitoring sensor, air valve for control of supply of recirculating air, season change-over valves, heated water pump, pump for water cooled by evaporation, cooling tower, connecting pipe lines, water heat exchanger for use of waste heat of process water and automatic valve for control of flow rate of cooled water; sprinkling chamber is made in form of rotor-type heat-and mass-exchanger and is provided with inlet and outlet branch pipes mounted in housing and revolving disks secured on shaft; lower parts of these disks are located in tray filled with water; disks are fastened together by means of studs fitted through washers; they are made from well wettable material; shaft with disks rotates in way of air flow from motor; disks may be corrugated.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of heat and moisture treatment of air in winter season.
