FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to machine building, particularly, to automation of finishing grinding. Grinding control system consists of main circuit to perform program control and extra circuit for after-grinding control of ground part sizes followed by statistical processing by small sample. On finishing the grinding, stock cutting speed is controlled to define errors in part sizes under dynamic conditions to be statistically processed doe defining the moment of process imbalance. Part size error is controlled and statistical parameters of said errors in static conditions in additional circuit to generate control action. Part size error is parametrically identified in dynamic conditions. Main circuit additionally comprises stock cutting rate transducer connected to active control device input and that of after-grinding control device. Additional circuit comprises part size control transducer connected to after-grinding control device.
EFFECT: easier control.
