FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production optical instruments and may be used in fabrication of optoelectronic hardware. Every part is pre-cleaned with pileless material wetted by organic solvent. Then cleaning solution and water are fed to rotating part subjected, at a time, to processing by said pileless material. Every part is checked separately. Optical glue is applied by dropper pin on parts to by cemented together. Excess glue is removed, glued parts are aligned, cured at ambient temperature and heated.
EFFECT: simplified process, yield of, at least 90%, surface condition of 0-10 class.
