SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing tire multilayer component. Proposed method comprises making mechanical system including set of cutting elements, displacing material sheet through mechanical band cutter and applying cut bands on assembly surface. Note here that every band is brought in under pressure contact with assembly surface by moving assembly surface element and building core toward another element to press bands to assembly surface.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, possibility of wastes reuse.
