FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry and can particularly be used in production of heat insulation-structural and heat insulation construction materials for making elements of buildings and other structures in industrial and civil construction. In the method of producing structural-heat insulation material based on aluminosilicate microspheres, involving mixing aluminosilicate microspheres and binder - liquid glass, moulding, thermal treatment, holding and cooling down, the filler is liquid sodium and/or potassium glass with modulus 1-4 and density 1.1-1.47 g/cm3; moulding is carried out with specific load of 1.5-5 MPa; thermal treatment is carried out, involving: step I for thermal shock - by raising temperature to 100-130°C in 7-15 minutes, holding at 100-130°C for 7-15 minutes, step II for heat shock - by raising temperature to 300-550°C in 10-30 minutes, holding for 40-80 minutes and cooling down in a furnace for 5-8 hours, with the following ratio of components, vol. %: aluminosilicate microspheres 65-97, said liquid glass 3-35.
EFFECT: obtaining high-strength non-combustible material with low mean density and heat conductivity.
