FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of moulding mixture, moulding, polymerization and heat treatment, aging and cooling. The preparation of moulding mixture is carried out in three stages. At the first stage, a mixture is prepared based on aluminosilicate microspheres, aluminochromophosphate binder and curing catalyst. In the second stage, a mixture is prepared based on aluminosilicate microspheres and carbamide-furan resin. In the third step, homogenization of the two resulting mixtures is carried out by adding the first mixture portionwise to the second mixture, then forming by short-time shaking and gradual pressing of the mixture at a punch pressure of 1.5 MPa. Further, the polymerization is carried out at room temperature for 12 hours, the heat treatment is carried out in an oxygen medium by stepwise heating to 700°C for 16 hours under the following temperature regimes: the first 4 hours at a temperature of 100-150°C, the next 4 hours - at a temperature of 250°C, the next 4-5 hours - at a temperature of 400-500°C, remaining time - at a temperature of 700°C. Aging is carried out at a temperature of 700°C for 4 hours and cooling in the oven for 4-5 hours. Moreover, the optimal ratio of alumochromophosphate binder and carbamidefuran resin by volume is 70:30, and the ratio of volumes of binders and aluminosilicate microspheres is 1:6. The thermal conductivity is 0.089 W/(m⋅K), the compressive strength is 0.75 MPa, the density is 0.25 g/cm3.
