FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: oil residue is heated in reaction furnace 1 up to 440-490°C. The products of viscosity breaking are supplied to fractionating tower 2, the input stream of which is mixed with the cooling agent for maintaining the temperature of products of viscosity breaking not more than 400°C. The residue of viscosity breaking from fractionating tower 2 is directed to vacuum evaporator 3. The obtained vacuum residue that has the softening point by ring-and-ball procedure exceeding 80°C is cooled in heat-exchanger 4 and supplied into granulating mill 5.
EFFECT: invention allows creating continuous method of obtaining petroleum additive into coal coking charge with simultaneous increase of petroleum additive output, simplifying the method and decreasing of operating expenses for its implementation.
