SUBSTANCE: clamping device is proposed for a potable porous system of a road carpet, which comprises the first bracket and the second bracket. The first bracket comprises a U-shaped section, which stretches between the first and second shelves, besides, the first slot is formed in the first shelf, and the second slot is formed in the second shelf. The second bracket comprises a C-shaped element, the first and second branches, and also a basic element connecting the first and second branches, besides, the first twisted section may be formed on the first branch, and the second twisted section may be formed on the second branch.

EFFECT: first branch has such size that makes it possible to pull it through via the first slot of the first shelf, so that the first twisted section and the basic element are at the opposite sides of the first shelf, and the second branch has such size that makes it possible to pull it via the second slot of the second shelf, so that the second twisted section and the basic element are at the opposite sides of the second shelf.
