FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: process line to produce a pelletised heat insulation material from a diatomite material includes areas of raw material treatment, mixing, shaping and production of pellets. The line equipment includes the following components installed along the technological process: a raw materials warehouse, a clay ripper, a hammer tangential mill, a sizing screen, a double-shaft mixer, a clay attritor, a reactor-mixer, a pelleting press, a duster, a drying drum, the second duster, a drum heaving furnace, a layer refrigerator, fine-grinding rolls and a steeply inclined sifter. A finished goods warehouse is equipped with hoppers to store pellets of the following fractions: 20-40 mm, 10-20 mm, 2-10 mm and at least 2 mm, and also a hopper for accumulation of powder.
EFFECT: improved quality of a manufactured product.
