FIELD: processing of autotires. SUBSTANCE: worn-out tires are delivered for processing in transport-warehouse containers, in which tires are packed in a similar manner. The tires are washed and then milled in four stages. After milling in the first stage and subsequent sizing the material is loaded in a hopper-averager. From the latter the material is uniformly delivered to the second milling stage. Beginning from the second milling stage the metal and textile cords are separated. After the last milling stage and extraction of the metal and textile cords the obtained material is classified according to the preset fractions. The capacity of each subsequent device is selected so as to provide material processing on the subsequent device in a bulk exceeding or equal to the bulk of the material coming from the previous device. The invention provides for a processing line for the given method. EFFECT: mechanized process and prevented manual labor. 16 cl, 1 dwg
