FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a furnace for melting lead, on which the hood with a filter and an opening for loading bars of lead are installed. The furnace is connected to a reaction vessel with a jumper, through which the molten lead is fed into the reaction vessel by means of a centrifugal pump. The reaction vessel is connected to a duct for constant supply of air flow required for oxidation of lead, and the removal of the finished product through the output channel in the dust filter. A dust filteris equipped with a screen to protect air valves, as well as with tubes, grids, on which fabric sleeve are stretched from the outside. The air, purified from the product of the dust filter, enters into an absolute filter for fine purification of lead compounds and is released into the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. Vent pipes are installed between the dust filter, absolute filter and an exhaust fan. The finished product is discharged into the receiving vessel by means of a feeder with an engine. The plant also includes a control panel of the reaction tank and a platform for service.

EFFECT: improved reliability of the plant and purity of produced lead oxide.
