FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for drying (frying) disperse materials in a fluidised bed and can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry, as well as in other industrial production fields. Drier for loose materials comprises box of rectangular section, containing upper and lower sections, closed by doors, wherein sections are connected in left part by air duct, and in right part is by gas distribution grid 6, at that, in left part of upper section high pressure fan 12 is located, outlet of which is connected to air duct, and in right part of upper section there is gas distribution grid 6, in lower section of cabinet there is heat exchanger 10 for heating air with heater installed in it, there is channel 11 for removal of hot gases, loading tray 3 is made in the upper section of the cabinet above the drying and frying chamber 5, in the right lower part of the cabinet there is a tilted hollow hatch-bottom 7 having heat-insulated hot air supply channel 9 with seals 8, at that, the tilted hollow hatch-bottom 7 is made rotary with the possibility to replace the gas distribution grid 6, hole for intake of external and outlet of humidified air is equipped with exhaust fan 1, and in upper section there installed is mesh filter of coarse 4 and mesh filter of fine 2 cleaning, diameter and configuration of holes of gas distributing grid 6 depend on type of prepared product.

EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in improvement of efficiency.
