FIELD: dust emissions cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for cleaning dust emissions during loading of loose and dust-like materials into vehicles. Aspiration dust collecting plant contains local dust extraction from technological equipment, connected by a corrugated air duct to a vortex inertial dust collector on counter swirling flows, which is connected through a sluice gate to a dust storage bin and is equipped with a power source, an air duct system with dust-air flow rate regulators and an exhaust fan, the outlet of which is through outlet duct is connected to the atmosphere. The outlet air duct is equipped with a dust-air flow humidifier in the form of a cylindrical container with water with a hermetically sealed lid with an air vent, a filter, a window with a lower sight to control the water level in the operating position and an upper sight to control the water level when the humidifier is filled with deposited dust.
EFFECT: improving the quality of dust-air flow cleaning and the operational reliability of the dust-collecting installation.
