SUBSTANCE: patients' blood serum is examined for the pre-therapeutic mean molecule spectrum. If a mean molecule fractions described as optical absorption E at wave length 254 nm exceed 0.35 standard units, and an aromaticity index (AI) described as a relation of the optical absorption E at wave length 280 nm to the optical absorption E at wave length 254 nm is max. 0.8, developing dissociative symptoms and signs are predicted.
EFFECT: use of the method provides the early prediction of the clinical course of border psychic disorders with prevailing dissociative symptoms and signs and enables the adequate psychotherapeutic and pharmacological rehabilitation.
