FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to psychiatry, and can be used for differential diagnosis of adaptation disorder in women. Method consists in assessing the level of personal anxiety according to the Spielberger-Hanin scale of personal and reactive anxiety. Besides, the patient’s blood is examined for the number of T-lymphocytes and lymphocytes with receptors of readiness for apoptosis, in blood serum – level of cortisol. Claimed formula is used for diagnostics with calculation of criterion variable. At value of criterion variable ≥1.76, an adaptation disorder with a leading anxious symptomatology is diagnosed, and if the value is <1.76, an adaptation disorder with a predominance of asthenic symptoms is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method has no contraindications, increases accuracy of diagnosis of adaptation disorder in women by underlying syndrome.
